Juan Cova
Juan Cova has been passionate about music since childhood, inspired early by Quinteto Contrapunto, classical music, and the Beatles. His love of collecting music began in the mid-1970s while working as a disc jockey for parties, a hobby that grew into a lifelong appreciation for many genres.
In 2016, a right middle ear surgical intervention made it possible for him to sing for the first time. He began taking voice lessons that year, soon performing Renaissance pieces with a small ensemble, which led to his invitation to join HCH for its 2016 Christmas concert.
Beyond the choir, Juan maintains an extensive song collection, produced a music podcast for five years, and since 2018 has played in a string group with fellow choir members.
