Marisela was born in Venezuela, born in 1954.

Vice President of the Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry and representative of the pharmaceutical industry at theharmonization meetings of the Pan American Health Organization in the area of Good Manufacturing Practices. and Bioavailability and bioequivalence standards.
Co-editor of the regulatory affairs standards of the pharmaceutical industry issued by the Pharmaceutical Products Review Board.
In the musical area I began as a soloist in the choir of the Moral y Luces school, the choir of the Santa María University directed by Victor Cuica, and the Simón Bolívar University Choir (CUSIB) directed by Alberto Grau until 1980 when I became part of the Schola Cantorum de Caracas under the direction of Alberto Grau
I sang in the choirs of the Jewish community for 10 years, of which I was the founder, the vocal group Kolenu directed by Roberto Ruiz and Irina Capriles, as well as in the Ave Fénixchoir under the baton of Alberto Grau the first 10 years and then it was conducted by Jesús Ochoa and Albert Hernández, who is still the actual conductor .
At a child, Marisela studied piano whis Maria Urquijo. In 1978 Marisela studied singing and piano for a year with teachers at Dartington College of Arts in England.
Upon her return to Venezuela she began singing studies with Janice Williams for 14 years and then with Sara Caterina for two years.
she participated in several international tours, in choir festival twice in Vaison La Romaine (France) and in the festival in Mendoza Argentina with the Simón Bolívar university choir and then with the Ave Fénix choir. And in 2023 in Miami to perform the Cantata Criolla By Antonio Estevez with CUSIB GLOBAL
She recorded two albums with the Simón Bolívar University Choir and one with the Ave Fénix Choir
I also participated in the recording of Brahm's Requiem with the Shcola Cantorum of Caracas
During my life I specialized in cultivating the music of the Sephardic romancero
With Marisol, my twin sister, moved by the enthusiasm of maestro Maurice Reyna, we recorded our first CD entitled Nuestro Sueño Sefardí in 2009
Later in 2011 we would record our second cd Nuestra alma sefardí, this time under the production and direction of maestro Albert Hernández.
In 2018 she began to sing in the Hispanic Choir of Houston where she sing as a soprano today, directed in its beginnings by Jessica Svern until 2023 and currently by maestro Cruz Cabrera
We have had the opportunity to participate in numerous concertos with El Sistema Texas which is the replica of the system of choirs and orchestras of Venezuela.
