Olga Lucía Usma Lugo
I was born in Cali, Colombia. I have three Sisters. One of them is my Twin Sister Gloria. I think this is one of the greatest blessings from God. We studied at Marianne Catholic School where I had the opportunity to participate in the Choir for some years. My father was a guitar player and he did that for a living. I have been always interested in music but I chose to study Human Resources and graduated in this field. I worked for 15 years in Carvajal S.A in various administration departments. I participate in Folklore dance and Salsa in my career and in the company for shows.
Cali is well known for the Salsa dancing branch ‘Sucursal del Cielo’ where all people love to dance. In 2001 my husband decided to move to the United States to live. We have our own business companies. Some of my other hobbies include: gardening, being creative like painting, I love traveling, watching action movies, cooking, and more. In the Summer of 2021 in August, I met Mr Giancarlo Piletti who offered me the opportunity to be part of the Houston Hispanic Choir (HHC.). Like a new member, I felt so glad and grateful to sing again with this wonderful Group.
During this time I have learned more about music and enjoyed being part of Houston Choir Hispanic. Thank you very much
